The northeast Missouri Martin Luther King, Jr. celebration, “E Pluribus Unum” which is Latin for “Out of Many, One”, and fundraiser for Take Root Cafe will celebrate the civil rights and social justice legacy of Martin Luther King, Jr. The 3 hour event will include multicultural arts and crafts for children and families, an arts for social justice theater performance, music, a “health, peace, and unity” family yoga session, and displays and posters related to our theme. The fundraiser will include a silent auction, personal donations, and a bake sale.

It's November 12, 1928. Yesterday marked the tenth anniversary of the signing of the armistice that ended the War to end all Wars. The European economy is today, though, in another war - one of survival. It is in shambles, and many factions struggle for power with promises of better times to come. Last night, however, at a secluded spot in Florida known as Sandy Ring Island, a celebration occurred. Four comrades in arms, wounded in the service of their nations during that Great War, toast their reunion.

With renditions of songs spanning the entire career of the Beatles and precise attention to every musical detail, along with costume changes, vintage instruments, and special effects, you will feel like you are watching the real thing. The band has performed in venues such as Carnegie Hall and The Cavern Club in Liverpool, and to sold-out performances for more than 17,000 people at Arena Ciudad in Mexico City. They also received national attention when they re-created the Beatles famed 1966 concert at Busch Stadium in St. Louis. You will not want to miss this complete Beatles experience.
